Frazer Jones is delighted to be recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a high-growth private equity firm. This is a fantastic step-up opportunity for an experienced individual at Senior Advisor or Associate Business Partner level with a background in Private Equity, Investment Management or Asset Management eager to fast-track their career with clear development and progression plans to become a fully, fledged and high-performing Business Partner.

The Role: In this role, you’ll manage core HR operations, optimise processes, and support key employee lifecycle stages. Working closely with senior HR stakeholders, you’ll gain exposure to strategic initiatives and contribute directly to business success.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5 + years of HR experience within private equity, hedge funds, investment management or asset management
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for process improvement and efficiency
• Proficient in HRIS and Excel; familiarity with UK and US employment law a plus
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
