Exciting Senior HR Lead for Guildford based law firm, Stevens & Bolton. This is a great role for a senior HR professional to make a difference and add value through driving change and transformation that will align with the firms exciting growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a Senior HR position within professional services and be able to demonstrate HR strategic and operational change and transformation experience. You will be managing a small HR team whilst driving efficiencies to unlock the potential of the firm. You must have experience of looking at HR from a commercial and cultural perspective.

The firm is based in Guildford and offers hybrid working with ideally 2-3 days a week in the office.
