Job Description
Mechanical Fitter – Leicester - £35,000 – £40,000
A manufacturing business in the Leicester are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join their multi disciplined team on a permanent basis.
The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for:
* Mechanical product and machine assembly
* Working to assembly drawings
* Mechanical fitting on a range of equipment including dive systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatic etc.
* Assisting with installation and commission
* Providing accurate documentation with mechanical builds
* Machining and fabricating required parts
The ideal Mechanical Fitter will have:
* Previous experience mechanical fitting within a manufacturing environment
* The ability to read assembly and engineering drawings
* The ability to work to set timeframes and budgets
* Experience manufacturing required parts
* Keen eye for detail and high quality standards
