Description du poste

We are growing our Consulting Services team and looking for a CE Solution Architect to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers to maximise returns on their Dynamics investment
2. Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
3. Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processes
4. Demonstrating the future state solution enactment of the articulated programme strategy in the context of Microsoft Dynamics CE365 / CRM & related applications and technologies
5. Utilising specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics / CRM product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients' articulated business strategy
6. Providing solution demonstrations
7. Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures
8. Designing bespoke solutions
9. Documenting the Programme Solution Design
10. Supporting Lead Consultants in their review of functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changes
11. Acting as the single point design authority between Solution Architects so that solutions can be developed
12. Guiding Client Programme Directors & Project Managers and keeping them informed
13. Sharing knowledge with other project team members or other Hitachi Solutions consultants
14. Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd's Quality Management Policy.

Qualifications

Key competencies:

1. Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE365 / CRM solutions & integrations
2. Experience of developing customised solutions to complex business problems
3. Demonstrable Programme level Solution Architect experience
4. Strong working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
5. Relevant Microsoft certifications
6. Excellent documentation and communication skills
7. A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems
8. Ability to multitask and prioritise
9. Good interpersonal skills
10. Attention to detail

The role requires travel, all applicants must be willing to travel on-site at the client office or in all our offices across Europe when necessary.
