Redstone Commodity Search is working with one of Europe’s leading gas trading organisations, looking for a director level hire in their gas digitalisation team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

1. Leading a digitalization team and driving a digitalization agenda in collaboration with traders, portfolio managers, and stakeholders.
2. Developing, implementing, and executing team strategies that support the corporate strategy.
3. Developing business by proactively identifying, proposing, and approving profitable business opportunities.
4. Leading a systematic and quantitative team, and being responsible for performance, development, and delivery.
5. Keeping up with market trends to maximize profits.
6. Reporting directly to the Head of European Gas Trading.

Key Qualifications / Experience

1. Having a broad understanding of international Gas trading fundamentals.
2. Analytical mindset and strong ability to navigate the markets.
3. Strong experience with setting strategic direction.
4. 3+ years of relevant leadership experience in the energy trading industry.
5. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
6. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
7. Located in Aarhus, Denmark.
