Quandela is a European start-up that provides photonic quantum computers that are modular, scalable, energy-efficient, and accessible both on the cloud and on-premise. Our team specializes in the development of both software and hardware solutions for a variety of quantum applications. We offer a wide range of services, from developing the most efficient and brightest single photon sources to creating algorithms for quantum computers and providing cloud quantum computing solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Cloud Quantum Computing Engagement Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged quantum computing community.
What you will do?1. Community Engagement:- Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture a thriving Cloud quantum computing community.
- Create and update the Cloud Community Program with identified audience personas, updated profiles, and preferences.
- Foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, developers, influencers, and industry professionals. Maintain a list of key stakeholders, relationship status, and planned activities.
- Execute the communication touchpoints with the audiences (welcome, engagement, support level 1).
- Actively participate in relevant forums, conferences, and events to represent the company and strengthen community ties.
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates, to share insights, updates, and relevant information with the community.
- Collaborate with the solution and engineering team to develop engaging and educational materials showcasing the company’s contributions to the quantum computing field.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational programs and initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of quantum computing concepts.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to empower community members with the knowledge and skills needed to leverage quantum computing technologies.
- Support the qualification of leads and acceleration of opportunities.
- Organize and animate Quandela Hackathons.
- Create and communicate the Community Newsletter.
- Gather feedback from the community to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
- Communicate feedback to the product development and research teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of our quantum computing solutions.
- Plan and coordinate events, both virtual and in-person, to bring the quantum computing community together.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
You are the perfect match if you have:
- A Master's degree in Quantum Computing. Ability to script and use quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Perceval, Pennylane).
- Proven experience in community management, preferably within the technology or quantum computing space.
- A strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and other community engagement tools.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in quantum computing.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing community events.
- Experience in quantum computing content creation and social media management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in an educational or outreach role.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
