- Senior banker focused on covering Merger & Acquisition (M&A) origination for Southeast Asia.
- Banker with strong M&A background, experience, track record and familiarity with Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia corporates.
- SG-based banker who has track record and focus on Southeast Asian cross border M&A deals.
- Prior track record of completing cross border transactions involving Chinese corporates will be beneficial
- Local knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia markets is essential
Qualifications
Requirement:
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in M&A origination for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Banker has to be fluent in Mandarin to be able to present to c-suite of large and small Chinese companies.
- Familiar with financial modeling and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong M&A acumen and regional business knowledge to be able to originate cross border M&A transactions
- Proven ability to structure and negotiate cross border M&A transactions
- Knowledge of applicable Southeast Asia and China takeover code and rules and regulations
