In this role, you will learn our business and execute our standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance. Ability to plan, develop, and execute on safety procedures, requirements, and trainings. Ability to lead root cause analysis and identify and execute corrective actions.Quality advocate with ability to learn food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The disclosed salary has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Cargill we put people first.
