Requirements Mercy Medical Center is seeking Locum Radiation Oncologist to help with ongoing coverage starting October 2024 through summer 2025
Practice Setting: inpatient and outpatient
Reason for Coverage: gaps while we recruit
Dates of Coverage: October 2024 through summer 2025
Call Ratio: every other week
Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? yes
How Many APPs Provide Coverage? 1
Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT Clinic/Office : 25
Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT Call/Rounding : variable 1 per week
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult Office/Clinic Hospital Based
Documentation System/EMR: meditech/ mosaiq
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days approx.
Provider Must be local - only mileage is reimbursed Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy3D Radiotherapy3D conformal IMRT SBRT and SRS No brachy neededExternal Beam Radiation - 3D-CRTExternal Beam Radiation - IGRTExternal Beam Radiation - IMRTStereotactic RadiosurgeryStereotactic Body Radiation Therapy SBRTFractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Required Duties: Orders TestsOrders ImagesPrescribes**Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.**
Schedule Clinic Hours: Mon – Fri, 7:30am – 4:00pm
