Travel per CHS policy
***Shifts***
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available.
Licensure:
You must have an active NM license or be in the process of obtaining or reactivating one. Currently, obtaining a license takes 6 months if the applicant is new to practice; otherwise, it takes approximately 3 months.
***provider cannot be within 60 miles of the facility***
The provider must contract with the agency before placing a bid.
Please pay attention to the date requested and do not add bids with an earlier date.
Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call.
Must be board-certified with at least one year of experience.
ACLS, PALS, AND BLS are required.
Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing regional blocks.
***TRAINING FOR BLOCKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, AND THEY MUST PROVIDE CASE LOGS OF BLOCKS PERFORMED. ***
The presentation must explain any gaps in service, malpractice claims, or sanctions from a board of nursing.
