Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in airport Fit out projects to lead and deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and professionals to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project delivery teams to meet targets for time, cost, quality, and profitability.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
* Identify potential challenges early and implement effective solutions.
* Review project designs, schedules, and budgets, providing strategic input.
* Contribute to proposals and lead client presentations.
* Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Monitor project progress, resolve delays, and enforce Zero Defects quality initiatives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with specific experience on airport projects.
* Relevant qualifications in a building-related discipline.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Expertise in project programming, procurement, and technical construction knowledge.
* Familiarity with CDM regulations, health and safety standards, and airport-specific regulations.
* CSCS card holder and first aid certificate.
