Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HHSRS Surveyor to join our not-for-profit organisation based in Leeds. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within the construction department, working within a supportive team environment.

Description
Conduct thorough HHSRS housing surveys to identify hazards and determine appropriate remedial actions in compliance with housing standards and legislation.
Manage a demanding daily schedule of up to 8 appointments, ensuring all inspections are completed within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Using NAT Fed SORs to raise work orders efficiently on-site using a tablet system. You must be able to interpret SOR codes accurately and apply them to a range of housing repairs.
Maintain accurate administrative records, including managing data entry, raising work orders on site (using a tablet) whilst in customers homes and updating systems during on-site visits.
Liaise effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of required repairs and works.
Coordinate and communicate with teams such as planned maintenance and compliance to ensure survey findings are acted upon promptly.
Resolve issues that arise during surveys and inspections, ensuring repairs are in line with HHSRS principles and delivered to high standards.Profile
Extensive experience with HHSRS regulations, including hazard identification, risk assessments, and follow-up actions.
Strong proficiency in NAT Fed SORs, with the ability to raise accurate work orders and quotes based on survey findings.
Exceptional administrative skills, including the ability to keep detailed and accurate records, manage high volumes of data, and complete work orders in real time.
Proven track record of managing a fast-paced workload with multiple conflicting priorities.
Advanced IT skills, particularly in using tablets and other digital tools to raise work orders and manage workflows on-site.
Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in a customer-facing role, ensuring tenants are kept informed and involved throughout the process.Job Offer
