The successful pastry Sous chef will have the following:

• Experience as a Pastry Sous chef at Michelin or high rosette level
• the ability to execute dishes with precision and flair.
• stable cv working in a similar kitchen environment
• flexible to work hours as required - 5 days out of 7
• Live a commutable distance from the restaurant
