c. £90-100,000 salary plus annual bonus of 20%

We are seeking a charismatic Director of Operations to oversee operations and experience at this wonderful lifestyle hotel in the heart of London.

We’re looking for an innovative and resourceful leader, a commercially minded individual who can focus on people and standards to evolve and enhance guest experience throughout the property.

You’ll play a key role in enhancing guest experience and drive standards across all areas of the hotel, including multiple food and beverage outlets and leisure facilities.

Team performance will be a key focus, your strategic thinking and efficient management will drive engagement and a high performing team.

You’ll monitor key performance indicators, including operating profit, guest satisfaction, and employee Net Promoter Scores (NPS), ensuring the hotel remains on track.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar senior management role in hospitality, ideally in lifestyle/luxury lifestyle hotels.

You’ll have a proven track record of effective leadership, a strong operational mindset, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Your ability to innovate, communicate, and drive improvement will be critical to your success in this role.
