We are looking for an experienced and reliable Nights Team Leader to join the team at a hotel in Bournemouth. If you are a night owl with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent guest service, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the night team to ensure smooth operations throughout the night
• Oversee guest check-ins/outs and manage any late-night requests or issues
• Ensure hotel security and safety protocols are followed
• Conduct night audits and ensure financial records are up to date
• Assist with housekeeping tasks, preparing for the next day's operations
• Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a positive experience for all guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to handle guest queries and problems with professionalism
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of basic accounting and night audit procedures is an advantage
