Our facilities include well-equipped classrooms, a kitchen, a recreation and reflection area, a music room, and a one-to-one room for personalized discussions with teaching staff. We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special educational needs and be confident in behavioral management. You will be responsible for differentiating lessons to cater to the diverse learning levels of our students, identifying gaps in their knowledge, and providing the necessary support to help them bridge these gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Implement effective behavioral management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff to support students’ emotional and educational needs.
• Utilize our facilities to enhance the learning experience, including one-on-one support sessions.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
