Job Description
Hoop PS and HR are over the moon to present a rare, highly desirable HR Director opportunity based in South Wales! As the HR Director, you will drive the strategic people function, leading transformational change and steering the organisation towards its vision and goals. Your leadership will empower and motivate your team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all HR functions to support organisational objectives and ensure best practices.
Provide senior leadership on complex HR matters, focusing on fostering a positive, productive workplace.
Drive large-scale, organisation-wide projects that advance strategic goals.
Promote a culture of inclusivity, guiding EDI initiatives to enhance workforce engagement and diversity.
Build development programs to support continuous growth and enhance organisational effectiveness.
Identify workforce needs, address skills gaps, and align talent strategies with future organisational trends.
Collaborate with board members to contribute to high-level decision-making and strategic planning.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including unions and tied partners, to foster a cohesive and supportive environment.To excel in this role, you’ll be a strategic influencer, skilled in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Your experience in effectively managing, motivating, and inspiring teams will drive the people strategy forward and deliver impactful, large-scale transformation projects.
