The Role:
As a Management Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance team, helping to drive key business decisions through accurate financial reporting and analysis. You will be responsible for:
Preparing management accounts and financial reports
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborating with departments to ensure financial targets are met
Assisting in strategic planning and performance management initiatives
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
What We're Looking For:
Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or fully qualified Management Accountant
Strong experience with financial reporting, management accounts, and budgeting
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
