Your Role

In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for SME business owners, initiating cold calls or following up on previous outreach (letters or emails). Your key responsibility will be generating at least one new lead per day-setting the stage for future business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners to generate leads.
• Build rapport and trust quickly with potential clients who have never heard of the company.
• Focus on understanding client needs, asking insightful questions, and offering solutions-no high-pressure sales tactics.
• Achieve daily lead generation targets by following up on leads or initiating new outreach efforts.
