Operations Team Leader / Underwriting / Support / Insurance


Hybrid working, salary up to £60k + bonus and extensive benefits package with a leading London Market insurer


Looking for a role as a key collaborator involved in the strategic planning of an Operations team?


As Operations Team Leader, you’ll lead and develop a dedicated team, supporting both Underwriting and Agency departments.

Day-to-day duties:

  • Provide strategic guidance to your team, supporting other departments by collaborating.
  • Identify process improvements, implementing and maintaining efficiencies.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal queries and task delegation, providing team goals.
  • Problem solving and providing creative solutions to development needs.


Required skills & experience:

  • 5+ yrs experience within the insurance sector with a focus on Underwriting
  • Experience in a team leading / management role
  • Strong supervisory and workflow management experience.
  • Ability to analyse data trends and innovate processes.
