Job Description
Social Housing Contractor looking for a Groundworker/Multi to join the Repairs Team covering Richmond and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties and be confident working on their own.
This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card, uniform and PDA complete to your duties.
The successful candidate will have their own tools.
Duties will include:
- Fencing
- Slabbing
- Sign Posting
- Cold Tarmac
- Concreting
40 hours per week PAID
1 hour UNPAID break per day
Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm
This is a temporary job until April 2025 - permanent jobs available for successful candidates
