Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Remote (1 day per week on-site, nationwide)

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll oversee 3-4 projects independently, ensuring financial control, budgeting, and cost management for each. You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial aspects of various projects across the UK, with one on-site day per week and remote working for the remainder. This setup offers the ideal balance of flexibility and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 3-4 projects simultaneously, from inception through to completion.
* Conduct budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting on assigned projects.
* Ensure that projects meet both financial targets and client expectations.
* Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project success.
* Conduct site visits once a week to support and oversee project progress.
