Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Location: Leicester, LE2
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Are you an experienced and dynamic Registered Home Manager looking to make a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity to lead our care home in Leicester, LE2. With a focus on increasing occupancy and reducing agency usage, we are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual who can elevate our home to new heights of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Occupancy Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates, including effective community engagement and marketing.
Agency Reduction: Proactively manage recruitment, retention, and staff scheduling to reduce reliance on agency staff and build a consistent, dedicated team.
Leadership and Staff Development: Inspire and lead a team of care professionals, fostering a positive environment and prioritizing continuous training and development.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of care quality and resident satisfaction.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Home Manager or in a similar senior role within a care home setting.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Leadership and Management is desirable, though not essential.
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and the local community.
A background in managing occupancy levels and optimizing staffing structures is highly desirable.Benefits:
