FINISHING MANAGER
RATE OF PAY - £225 - £250/day
START DATE - ASAP
LOCATION - Wells, Somerset
TYPE - Temporary
EXPECTED DURATION - December 2022
INDUSTRY - Construction
WORKING HOURS - 42.5 hours
BRIEF
Leggwork currently work with a house builder who have a fantastic opportunity for a Finishing Foreman to assist with the final stages of a large residential development in Somerset.
You will ideally come from a trade background preferably carpentry.
You will be tasked with managing all internal sub contract packages as well as conducting weekly progress meetings and providing reports to your relevant superiors.
Other duties may include managing onsite logistics, managing health and safety and quality assurance onsite. Your paperwork duties will be minimal, but perhaps risk assessments, QA paperwork and emails to colleagues and sub-contractors.
If you are applying for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card preferably (Black) a SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
