Primary Teaching Assistant - Exeter Area
Part-time and full-time positions available.

Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in mainstream schools across Exeter, helping students with special educational needs access the curriculum and thrive. With flexible part-time and full-time positions available and an immediate start, this role is ideal for someone looking to support young learners while maintaining a work schedule that fits around their diary.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and engage fully in school life.
Work closely with class teachers to implement tailored support plans and address individual needs.
Foster the development of students' social, emotional, and communication skills.
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with children, in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Knowledge of SEN strategies is desirable.
