About our client

This is a leading player within the private equity secondary advisory sector with an outstanding track record and reputation. They advise on the execution of the most prominent secondary transactions to date proving to have strong sector expertise and ability to propose innovative structures. What the job involves

• Work closely with the Directors/ Managing Directors on covering the secondary advisory market across APAC
• Drive execution of deals and coordinating the process from beginning to end
• Prepare material for pitches, participate in client meetings, coordinate the evaluation and pricing of deals and proposing structures for the deals
• Coordinate the work of more junior members of the team to ensure delivery and outstanding quality

Who we are looking for

• Strong understanding and knowledge of private equity secondary advisory transaction process
• You should currently be a junior VP or a Senior Associate at a top bulge bracket investment bank in any of these teams: secondary advisory, M&A, or financial sponsors
• Deal driven personality and proven experience on deal execution
• Excellent communication, problem solving skills and ability to build long term relationships
• High level of professionalism, discretion and good judgement
• Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with senior management
