Job Description The Senior Tax Associate frequently liaises with people of various cultures and nationalities both inside and outside our newly established organization. This role requires expertise in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility, advising clients and sharing technical expertise with other team members. Advises corporate HR teams on the personal income tax and pension consequences of employing people in an international context (both inbound and outbound). Assists individual taxpayers (residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax and social security situation. Acts as a liaison between the individual, the company, and the tax authorities, assisting employees and companies with practical personal income tax aspects like tax returns, salary calculations, and tax litigation. Qualifications Master's or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or qualified Labor Law Consultant. Fluent in Italian and English is a MUST. Possesses a keen interest in numerical data and interactions with individuals around the globe. Exhibits a commitment to accuracy and a practical mindset along with adept writing skills, underpinned by a professional demeanor and a pragmatic, hands-on approach. Highly organized and capable of meeting tight deadlines. Drive and dynamism that contribute to team spirit. 2-4 years of experience in Global Mobility tax in Italy.
