Data Center PM Business Developer

Azienda For an international and ambitious client, we are looking for a Data Center Business Developer . Offerta The successful candidate shall have the following key qualifications: Develop the business through a consolidated list of contacts and relations gained in previous working experiences. Analyze the Tender documentation, manage Bid execution, identify winning solutions, review all proposals from Suppliers and Subcontractors, and prepare and present comparative cost analysis. Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships. Travel to meet Clients or Suppliers or manage Site Activities. Lead and support the architects, engineers, and other specialty disciplines from initial programming to construction completion. Interface with internal engineering groups, operations, and business units to manage execution and delivery of project requirements. Act as the key contact for our customers and an escalation point for issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all those stakeholders. Uphold the Core Values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, and Teamwork. Competenze ed esperienza Master's degree in Engineering (Laurea specialistica) or equivalent (mandatory). Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory. Relevant certifications (preferred skill).
