Max Life Insurance - UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Responsibilities : - Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and pain points. - Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions. - Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). - Develop a strong visual design language. - Implement design principles for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across various platforms. - Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and translate well to development. - Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. - Stay up-to-date on design trends and best : - 7-8 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. - Proven track record of designing and implementing user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile applications. - Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects with a focus on user experience. - Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or ProtoPie. - Solid understanding of design systems and UI component libraries. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces. Bonus points for : - Experience with accessibility guidelines (WCAG). - Experience with user research tools and techniques (e.g., user interviews, card sorting). - Experience working in an agile development environment. - Experience with design systems and UI component libraries. - Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
