Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Position : Salesforce Developer with LWC Location : Noida(Onsite) Duration : Full-time Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 7 years of experience, specializing in Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of developing robust, scalable solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a strategic approach to Salesforce development. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Experience. - Lead and participate in complex Salesforce projects, providing technical guidance and best practices to the development team. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs. - Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business needs while ensuring high performance and security. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs, middleware, and web services. - Mentor and train junior developers, sharing expertise and fostering best practices within the team. - Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Stay current with Salesforce updates, trends, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the Salesforce platform. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Extensive experience with Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce integrations. - Proficiency with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. - Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions and integrations. - Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and version control systems like Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Mobile SDK. - Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices and tools. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
