Job Summary : We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 4 years of experience in AI/ML to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in traditional machine learning, Generative AI, and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs). You will play a key role in developing scalable AI solutions that transform business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to create AI-driven systems that deliver significant operational improvements. Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and experience with databases are crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications that integrate into business workflows, leveraging Generative AI models (e.g., GPT) and RAG frameworks. - Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle : from data collection and preprocessing to model development, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into workstreams, enabling automation and boosting productivity in professional services. - Apply expertise in traditional machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) to enhance existing solutions and develop new ones. - Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and implement RAG techniques to provide real-time, data-driven insights and decision support. - Work with databases to support data-driven AI models, ensuring efficient storage, access, and preprocessing of large datasets. - Continuously optimize model performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency in a cloud-based environment. - Monitor and maintain production models, using feedback loops and A/B testing to improve performance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into AI solutions. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, contributing to a collaborative and innovative culture. Qualifications : - 4 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on traditional machine learning and deploying AI/ML models in production environments. - Proven experience in developing Generative AI-based applications with actual users. - Strong foundation in machine learning techniques, including deep learning and traditional ML methods. - Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and applying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for business applications. - Proficient with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and handling large datasets in production environments. - Expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and programming languages like Python. - Knowledge of MLOps practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models at scale. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Skills : - Experience with transformer-based architectures and large-scale language models (LLMs). - Prior experience in mentoring junior team members or managing a team of data scientists. - Experience in AI adoption for business processes and professional services.
