Senior .Net Developer - C#/ASP

About the Role : We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer and a Senior .NET Developer to join our internal IT team at a leading educational institution. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing internal applications that support various functions such as administration, academics, and operations. You will collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and user experience. The Senior .NET Developer will also lead projects, mentor junior developers, and provide technical direction. Key Responsibilities : - Application Development : Build and maintain internal web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET. - Customization : Modify existing applications to meet the unique needs of different departments (admissions, finance, HR, etc.). - Database Management : Design and manage SQL Server databases, ensuring performance and security. - Integration : Ensure seamless integration of internal applications with third-party systems. - Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices. - Support : Troubleshoot and provide technical support for internal applications. - User Training : Develop documentation and train end-users as needed. - Security : Implement security measures to protect data.
