Job Title : AVP Database Architect Location : Vikhroli, Mumbai Years of Experience Required : 10-14 years No. of Interviews : 4 Qualifications : B.E degree in Computer Science or a relevant field Company Information : It is a premier payment solutions provider empowering financial institutions and merchant aggregators with a comprehensive array of technology-led payment solutions Responsibilities : - Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data. - Evaluate and optimize existing database systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Assess database implementation procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. - Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming. - Collaborate with the Application Team, database administrators, and other IT team members to set up complex, large-scale database structures. - Develop and maintain database disaster recovery plans. - Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams. - Ensure data security and privacy. - Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards to provide insights to users. - Optimize database systems for efficiency and recommend innovative technologies. - Provide data management support to users and train staff on database use and management. - Document database design and maintenance processes for reference. Must Have Skills : - POSTGRESQL MYSQL - Experience in BFSI or Payment Domain - Current role as DBA to Have Skills : - Analytical problem solving (ref:hirist.tech)
