Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours weekly
Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
First-Timers Accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: No
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
Open to accommodating block schedule? No
Locals Accepted: Yes; Local radius rule: 25-50 miles
Pending License Accepted: No
Oasis is preferred, but not required
Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

Requirements:
Active Unrestricted AK License
Active BLS via American Heart Association
Certs REQ: BCLS
Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of skilled home health experience is required
Skills REQ: Experience in home exercise programs, lifting and transfer, patient transport and treatment, and scheduling appointments
Must have skilled Home Health experience
Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
