Your new role: As a part-time teacher at this school, you will be expected to integrate seamlessly into the school community, collaborating with staff to maximise student potential. While lessons will be planned for you, you are encouraged to deliver them creatively, ensuring that students remain engaged and happy. Strong behaviour management skills are also desirable, with an understanding of when to set clear boundaries.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:
- Teaching Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience teaching at the primary school level
- Classroom Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, create a positive learning environment, and handle diverse student needs.
- Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to various learning styles.
