Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Empty Homes team. We're on the lookout for Operatives who excel in a mix of:

Plumbing
*
Carpentry
*
UPVC
*
Plastering & tiling
*
Bricklaying
*
Painting and decorating

What we’re looking for
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks across various skill sets
Strong risk identification and management abilities
Ownership and accountability in work
Positive, outcome-focused attitude
Collaborative work with colleagues and external agencies
Experience providing advice, support, and mentoring to team members
Experience in a busy housing association or private company
Ability to work remotely using mobile devices
Effective management of van stocks
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices
While formal qualifications are advantageous, we prioritise your skills and experience and are open to candidates who can demonstrate their capabilities.

Call-out rate 1 (Monday-Saturday): £23.06
