Planet Pharma is partnered with a global leading specialist pharmaceutical manufacturing who are constantly growing. Our client is currently hiring for a Senior Specialist of Benefits Operations hybrid basis, responsible for execution and administration benefits and retirement program, including health & welfare, savings plans, and wellness.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end operation of benefits programs for assigned markets.
• Interpret and communicate benefit plan details and processes them.
• Document all processes, draft/update Local Work Instructions (LWIs) and Knowledge Articles, and streamline workflows.
• Lead the implementation of new benefits, process changes, and related improvements.
• Manage day-to-day benefit plan administration, including eligibility, enrolments, status changes, terminations, and claims, while handling provider portals, invoicing, and payments.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and management teams on renewals and enrolment windows, maintaining annual activity calendars.
• Review and update benefit system communications to support employee self-service.

Main Requirements:

• Benefits and compensation operations experience
• Operational experience of other HR processes, e.g., talent acquisition, payroll, performance
• Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model
• Experience working with HR and Benefits enabling systems: Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, Morneau Shepell’s Ariel
