Senior Specialist, Benefit Operations

Planet Pharma are partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company and we are actively seeking a Senior Specialist, Benefit Operations to join the business on a hybrid basis in Chester. This is initially a 12 month contract with high potential to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective, end to end operation of benefits programs for assigned markets, ensuring efficiency and positive customer experience
• Understand, interpret, and communicate benefit plan provisions and processes
• Drive implementation of new benefits / benefit designs and process changes into operations, process improvement activities and other projects related to benefit programs
• Complete annual Benefit Surveys
• Assist with administration of wellness programs and vendors. Coordinate wellness communications

Key Requirements:

• In depth experience of benefits administration
• General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes and laws
• Fluent English
• Italian or Spanish would be beneficial
