Job Description
Finance and Admin Assistant, £27,000 pa, Somerton - Somerset, Permanent, Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week on site.
Are you a Finance and Admin Assistant looking to something different? We are recruiting for a Family business in Somerton that are looking for a Pro Active and get stuck in Finance and Admin Assistant to join them during a period of growth.
You will be part of a small friendly team, you will need to be able to get stuck in, support the team around you, be self-motivated and work to deadlines.
As a Finance and Admin Assistant your role will be varied and reward, including:
Book Keeping and Management accounts (Sage)
Administration and General Finance Duties
Assisting with the Sales and Purchase Ledger
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Dealing with incoming enquiries
You will need to bring your experience a Finance and Admin Administrator to this varied and interesting role, you will need to have:
AAT qualified or similar
Experience with SAGE or other accounting software
Be able to take initiative, to prioritise and meet deadlines
You will need to have excellent IT Skills (MS Office packages)
Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally at all levels.
