Job: Head of Business Development / Head of Sales
Location: Bath
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 D.O.E. + profit-based bonus structure, a generous holiday scheme, pension contributions, and a company car.

Our client, a leading Consultancy with a distinguished reputation, is seeking a Permanent Head of Business Development. This role is critical in driving growth and nurturing relationships within their diverse portfolio of clients across the southern half of the UK. Based in Bristol, you will lead a team of four, significantly contributing to the Senior Management Team's policy, strategy, and budget decisions. Your role will entail collaborating closely with the internal team to ensure exceptional delivery on projects.
Your sales will be generated from around 70% existing accounts and 30% new business generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and inspire the sales team to develop new business opportunities.
Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Implement and oversee creative marketing campaigns targeted at growing the client base.
Engage in strategic planning, policy-making, and budgeting with the management team.
Travel regularly to visit clients across the southern regions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a project-based business.
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel as required.
Ability to create and maintain long lasting relationships
