We are the leading provider of fresh prepared food in the UK, with an international presence in the US and China. About the role.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide a professional partnering service to deliver all Talent Acquisition activities across the business sector ensuring current and future Talent Acquisition needs are met across both the Volume and Salaried population.
Accountabilities include:
To work closely with your business area to ensure a full and seamless recruitment service is provided across the whole sector with line manager and site HR being kept fully up to date of the activity progress
Managing vacancy intake sessions with the hiring community to gain a detailed understanding of the required candidate, role profile, campaign planning with key dates and to advise on the optimal resourcing strategy.
To be recognised as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert within your business sector providing advice and guidance to your client group to support their needs
Build great working relationships and liaise with the sites to arrange assessment centres/interviews for volume recruitment candidates.
Provide weekly management information reports for the volume recruitment campaigns highlighting trends and issues & showcasing the key KPI's
About you.
Experience working as a business partner with senior stakeholder manager experience in a matrix organisation
Experience of recruiting for both Volume and Salaried positions.
Previous experience of working within a shared service recruitment function across a complex matrix organisation
Proven ATS experience or equivalent
Sound influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
Creative and innovative with a willingness to challenge the status quo
Sound problem solving ability
Proactive
Ability to challenge constructively at all levels
Flexibility in approach and thinking
Ability to work under own initiative
High attention to detail and quality of work
Proven track record of delivering a quality talent acquisition service across multiple sites
