Planning lawyer 1 years’ PQE READING

Commercial law firm in Reading currently have a vacancy for a Planning lawyer of 1 or more years’ PQE to join this well-regarded Planning law team. The team is regularly instructed by landowners, property developers, charities, education providers, property investors, and financiers, businesses of all shapes and sizes and private individuals on a wide range of planning and environmental matters, including S106 Agreements, planning legal advice, certificates of lawfulness, rights of way and highways matters, waste and minerals applications, appeals, judicial and statutory review, CPO and enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of matters, ranging in complexity and you will run own caseload of smaller matters whilst assisting more senior members of the team on larger, more complex matters.
