Aviation Finance lawyer 4 years’ PQE LONDON

Commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit an Aviation Finance lawyer of 4 or more years’ PQE. Clients include Banks and other financiers, airline and aircraft lessors. This position will suit someone with transactional experience in aviation and asset finance and leasing, and who is comfortable running transactions independently, with input and support from other team members as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to work on the range of transactions that the team handles, and to contribute to the growth and development of the team, including by providing guidance to more junior team members and by participating in business development initiatives. You will have experience of finance and/or asset finance and leasing transactions, including secured and unsecured financing, intercreditor arrangements and LMA documentation. You will also have experience of running your own transactions, receiving instructions directly from clients and developing client relationships.
