Construction lawyer NQ – 1 year's PQE SOUTHAMPTON

Commercial law firm in Southampton is looking to recruit a Construction lawyer of 0 to 1 years’ PQE. As part of a new phase of expansion for the team, the successful applicant will become part of this firm’s established multi-site practice, with the opportunity to develop a broad-based skill set across contentious and non-contentious Construction matters. Whether newly qualified or holding previous experience as a Solicitor in another firm, you must be able to demonstrate a career interest in developing as a Construction lawyer and be familiar with JCT forms of contract from a purely Construction perspective. Any experience of NEC, PPP, PFI, FIDIC and/or ICHEME would be of interest but not essential. Whilst this role will be predominantly based in Southampton, you will be part of the larger, firmwide Construction team who work across all of the firm’s offices. They support hybrid working, typically with flexible 2-3 day office attendance according to business need.
