Corporate lawyer NQ – 1 year’s PQE JERSEY

Offshore law firm in Jersey is looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer of 0 to 1 years’ PQE to join its Corporate and Investment Funds department. With experience across multiple industries and sectors, the team provides corporate and commercial legal advice across a number of offshore jurisdictions The teams’ clients include leading Fortune 500 companies, FTSE 100 companies and private equity firms. The successful candidate will be involved in advising clients across a broad range of services including: • M&A • joint ventures • listings and IPOs • take-privates • special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) • corporate governance • reorganisations & restructurings • venture capital & equity financings.

If you are already qualified you will currently specialise in Corporate law and if you are newly-qualified, you will ideally have undertaken a seat in Corporate law. Applications are welcome from lawyers admitted in one of the UK jurisdictions or one of the other commonwealth jurisdictions.
