The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for both client and candidate management. Your primary focus will be to build relationships, source top candidates, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to our diverse range of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your desk and make a real impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and business goals.
* Identify, source, and engage with top talent.
* Conduct interviews, reference checks, and shortlisting of candidates.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
* Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through the onboarding process.
* Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
* Collaborate with other consultants to share best practices and drive team success.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in recruitment or sales (experience in a recruitment consultancy is a plus).
* A strong, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A proactive and resilient approach to challenges and targets.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A passion for helping people achieve their career goals and making an impact on clients' businesses.
