Performance Specialist

Salary up to £60,000.

Location: Clapham, 5 day a week in the office

A well-established London-based tuition and charity business is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing team in London.

You will report directly to a former Marketing Director from a FTSE 100 company, providing you with strong support and excellent opportunities for career development.

Ideal candidate has an agency experience and someone who has B2C marketing experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating and running strong PPC campaigns across Google and Bing.
• Creating customer journeys and associated content using our new Microsoft CRM capability
• Developing strong and engaging content for use in digital and social media marketing
• Ensuring we have strong SEO and local SEO presence and are on page 1 of google for our key search terms

Your profile:

• Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Skill in using Google Ads to develop PPC campaigns
• A good understanding of key SEO principles and skilled in using Semrush or an equivalent tool to understand and create strategies
• Strong written English skills and the ability to write good copy for magazine ads, landing pages, social and community posts and more.
• Competence in the Adobe suite of design tools
• Experience in the use and development of CRM capability – could be Salesforce or Dynamics (we use Dynamics)
