Job Description

What you'll be doing:
- Contacting existing customers to renew contracts as well as upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Negotiating product, price, and contract terms with customers.
- Using a consultative sales approach to ensure customers are fully informed and compliant during the process.
What they’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The drive and resilience to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
