Quantity Surveyor

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist manufacturing company who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor.

The company design, manufacture and install a variety of products.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects
• Agreeing and managing payment schedules
• Assisting with the commercial set up of contractual agreements
• Managing payment plans to ensure cash flow is maximised
• Collating and producing financial reports and maintaining contract administration
• Sourcing and managing subcontract payments and agreements

The Quantity Surveyor will need:

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor or in a general commercial role such as estimation or procurement
• Experience of managing payments
• Good communication skills
• Experience of working in a project driven environment
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
