Role: Construction Manager

Location: Northamptonshire – On site

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day

Contract Length: 12 months

Rate: Based on experience (Outside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

We are partnering with a leading Design and Build M&E Contractor specialising in the mission-critical sector. They are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a Data Centre project in Northampton. This is an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension depending on project needs. Site Managers are also advised to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience managing Data Centre projects from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, along with relevant safety regulations.
• Ability to collaborate with teams such as subcontractors, engineers, and clients.
• Experience in scheduling, quality control, and health and safety management.
• A valid driving license is required.
